Hello, I am Shelly Cain! I am so excited to be your science AND math teacher here at Alexander Early College. Teaching at AEC, I am fulfilling a dream that began many years ago in college. I am excited to say that this is my 7th year as an AEC Owl. Previously, I taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades at Bethlehem Elementary for 15 years. I have my Master's degree and my National Board certification. I live in Hickory with my husband, David Cain, and my daughter. I love teaching, and I love learning. I look forward to getting to know you all better this year!
